需求分析视域下大学英语教学改革研究

随着经济全球化的迅猛发展,国内的合资、外资企业的数量越来越多,它们对中国经济的快速增长作出了巨大的贡献。转型发展背景下,如何根据社会用人需求和高校发展需求进行大学英语教学改革,以满足社会对应用技术型人才的需求是迫切需要解决的问题,也是本课题要探究的问题。本文将在需求分析理论指导下,结合当前社会对应用技术型人才的需求和高校转型发展的实际情况,旨在创新出一套能改变大学英语教学中普遍存在的重应试结果、轻交际能力,重语言知识、轻实用能力的英语教学现状,探索研究一套适合经济发展、适应市场需求的大学英语教学新模式,为目前正在进行的大学英语教学改革做出贡献。

With the rapid development of economic globalization, the number of joint ventures and foreign-funded enterprises in China is increasing. They have made great contributions to the rapid growth of China's economy. Under the background of transformation and development, according to the reform of college English teaching in colleges and universities and social development needs, in order to meet the social needs of the application of technical talents is an urgent need to solve the problem, the task is to explore the problem. This paper will be under the guidance of needs analysis theory, combine with the actual situation of the current society for applied technical talents and university development, to create a new model of college English teaching, can change the common problems in college English teaching, care examination results, ignore communicative competence, care English teaching language knowledge, ignore practical ability, suitable for economic development, adapt to market demand, to make contributions to the reform of college English teaching.
