地方高校国防文化素质教育质量影响因素研究

The research on the effect factors of national defense cultural education quality in local universities

地方高校国防文化素质教育对于传承创新和引领国防文化,培养学生国防观念和国防精神具有十分重要的意义。通过分析影响地方高校国防文化素质教育质量的相关因素,构建出模型并提出假设。通过问卷调查的方式,对构建的模型和提出的建设进行检验。结果表明:国防教育软件条件、硬件条件、国防教育工作者的工作满意度、科研情况、教学情况以及学生学习态度对于素质教育质量均具有正影响作用,但相对而言,国防教育硬件条件对教育质量的影响力较小。

In Local universities, defense cultural education's quality has very important significance to the inherited and innovated and lead the defense of culture, student's sense and spirit of national defense. In this paper, through the analysis the factors influencing defense culture education quality of local universities, construct the model and hypothesis. By the way of questionnaire, test the constructed model and the proposed construction. The results show that: the national defense education software conditions, hardware conditions, national defense education worker's job satisfaction, scientific research, teaching level and students' learning attitude had positive effect on the education quality, but relatively speaking, the defense hardware conditions of education and the scientific research situation had smaller influences on the quality of education.
