近年来高校教育制度紧跟社会形势不断改革,当前的教育理念已经不能顺应时代发展,教育制度的改革创新势在必行,高校的基层学生管理工作也需要注入新的活力。基层管理工作是高校学生工作的重中之重,对于管理模式的创新应当从现存的问题入手。本文基于当前高校学生基层管理的实际情况所存在的问题进行分析,并且提出一些行之有效的改进措施,探讨符合社会趋势的全新管理模式。

In recent years, higher education system reform following the social situation, the education idea cannot follow the development of the times, reform and innovation of educational system is imperative, basic students management work in colleges and universities also need to inject new vitality. Management at the grass-roots level is the most important thing in the work of college students, and the innovation of management mode should begin with the existing problems. Based on the current situation of college students' grass-roots management, this paper analyzes the existing problems, and puts forward some effective improvement measures, and explores the new management mode that conforms to the social trends.
