按照党的十八大和十八届三中全会的部署,要促进高等教育向内涵式发展转变,因此,加快地方本科高校转型发展迫在眉睫。本文通过地方本科高校发展的缘由,分析吉林省本科高校转型发展的困境,最终提出吉林省本科高校转型发展的对策。

In accordance with the party's arrange by the 18 th CPC National Congress and the third plenary session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee, to promote higher education transform to the connotation development, therefore, accelerate the transformation and development of local colleges and universities is imminent. This paper analyzes the reasons for the development of local colleges and universities, analyzes the plight of the transformation of undergraduate colleges and universities in Jilin Province, and finally puts forward the countermeasures for the transformation of Jilin's undergraduate colleges and universities.
