Education management workers is an important role in the process of higher education management, is mainly responsible for the task of teaching management of higher education, their work attitude, work ability has a great influence on the work efficiency of college education management. This paper analyzes the reasons that affect the working status of the educational administrators in colleges and universities, and puts forward some ways to arouse the enthusiasm of the educational administrators in colleges and universities, so as to promote the improvement of the management level of higher education.
