摘要
中国自从1978年大力推进改革开放政策以来,经济飞速发展,令人刮目相看。并且,由于全球一体化进程不断加快,世界各国加强了经济之间的合作。尤其是中日两国的联系也日趋紧密,日资企业犹如雨后春笋般地出现在我国各地。随着日企数量及规模不断增加、发展,培养更多、更优秀的日语人才这一目标变得更加迫切。众所周知,在日企工作,日语能力是极其必要的。但由于公司需要,被录用的员工中有许多人都并非出自日语专业,日语能力的缺乏为他们带来很大困惑。因此,许多大型日资企业都选择从当地高校聘请日语教师为本公司员工做日语培训用以提高员工的业务能力。那么,高校中沿用的传统教学方法是否适合企业员工的日语培训呢?需不需要进行相应的完善和发展呢?该如何科学且合理地对日企员工进行"阅读能力"的培养呢?本文试通过阅读课教学法的新尝试来解决以上问题。
Since China launched the policy of reform and opening to the outside world in 1978, the rapid economic development has attracted a lot of attention. Moreover, as the process of global integration continues to accelerate, countries around the world have stepped up economic cooperation. In particular, the relationship between China and Japan are becoming increasingly close, and Japanese funded enterprises are springing up all over China. With the increasing number and scale of Japanese enterprises, more and better Japanese talents are becoming more and more urgent. It is well known that Japanese ability is essential in Japanese enterprises. But because of the need for the company, many of the employees are not from Japanese majors, and the lack of Japanese language is a big puzzle for them. Therefore, many large Japanese enterprises choose Japanese teachers from local universities to do Japanese training for their employees so as to improve their business ability. Then, whether the traditional teaching methods used in universities are suitable for Japanese training of employees? Does it need to be improved and developed? How to scientifically and reasonably train Japanese students' ability to read? This paper tries to solve the above problems through a new method of reading class teaching.
