摘要
阅读附带习得词汇是二语学习者扩大词汇量的一种重要方式。在存在阅读任务的情况下,学习者会产生一种完成阅读任务的需要,与阅读任务有关的单词会得到处理,从而产生IVA;然而,IVA的过程还会受到很多因素的影响,这些因素主要有语篇因素、词汇因素和学习者因素。随着研究的深入,IVA的研究不再局限于单因素和单纯语言学的研究,而是呈现跨学科、与教学紧密结合以及研究工具和统计手段多样化的特点。
Incidental Vocabulary Acquisition(IVA) during the reading process is an important way of expanding learners' vocabulary size. Learners will have a need to complete the reading task when they read. Therefore, new words related with reading tasks will be dealt with, and then IVA takes place.However, IVA will also be affected by other factors, which mainly include discourse factor, words factor and learners factor. With the development of the research, the study of IVA is no longer confined to single factor and simple linguistics.Instead, it presents the characteristics of interdisciplinary, closely integrating with teaching and the diversification of research tools and statistical methods.
