摘要
文化移情能力是跨文化交际能力最关键的组成部分,直接影响交际者顺应人际关系和适应交际语境的能力以及交际的整个过程。二语学习者的电子邮件请求行为属于竞争性的关系行为,移情缺位则会导致跨文化交际过程出现语用失误。交际主体唯有设身处地站在客体的客观立场上将心比心,则交际过程中的冲突、强制性才得以减弱,交际效果得以优化。
The cultural empathy is the most critical part of the cross-cultural communication ability, a direct impact on the communicator with interpersonal relationships and the ability to adapt to the communicative context and the whole process of communication. Second language learners' E-mail request behavior belongs to the relationship between competitive behavior, empathy absence will lead to pragmatic failures during cross-cultural communication. Communication subject only shoes standing on the objects of the objective position of care, the conflicts in the process of communication, mandatory to abate, to optimize communication effect.
