随着高校教育不断改革深化,国家对教育的重视程度不断提高,在教育过程中的投入也逐渐增加。加强国有资产管理是高校发展过程中的重要内容,当前部分高校在国有资产管理过程中,还存在一些问题,例如国有资产管理的绩效考核问题没有得到及时解决,因此对出现高校国有资产利用率不高的现象。本文对高校国有资产管理绩效考核制度的建立方法进行分析与探讨。

With the continuous deepening of reform in higher education, the state's emphasis on education has been increasing, and the input in the process of education has gradually increased. To strengthen the management of state-owned assets is an important part of the development process of universities, there are still some problems in some colleges and universities in the course of state-owned assets management, such as performance appraisal of state owned assets management has not been resolved, so the college assets utilization rate is not high phenomenon. This paper analyzes and probes into the establishment of performance appraisal system for state-owned assets management in universities.
