中高职衔接背景下中职学校学生管理工作的思考与实践

Thinking and practice of students management in secondary vocational school under the background of the cohesion of middle and higher vocational education

中高职衔接已成为现代职业教育体系建设的重要内容,中职学生管理是影响中高职衔接质量的重要因素。本文从中职学校学生管理工作的现状出发,思考中职学生管理工作中存在的问题及原因,提出实施差异化管理,健全管理机制,强化法纪意识教育,从而更好地促进中高职衔接。

The cohesion of middle and higher vocational education has become an important part of the construction of modern vocational education system.The management of secondary vocational school students is an important factor.This article starts from the current status of management of secondary vocational school students,based on the existing problems and the reasons on secondary vocational student management work,proposes the implementation of differentiated management,improve the management mechanism,strengthen awareness of the law education,so as to better promote the cohesion of middle and higher vocational education.
