邮轮旅游纠纷的现状及解决措施

我国社会经济水平的显著提升为国人在选择出游的方式中减少了不少顾虑,但由于水上天气难以预测,增加了行程变更、邮轮故障等风险几率,从而造成邮轮旅游纠纷不断。本文主要从邮轮旅游服务的基本特征入手,对邮轮旅游产生纠纷的原因及解决对策进行简要研究。

With the improve the level of social economy in China,people reduce a lot of concerns in the choice of the way to travel,but because of the weather on the water is difficult to predict,increase the stroke risk,change cruise failure,resulting in cruise tourism disputes.This article starts with the basic characteristics of cruise service,and makes a brief study of the causes and countermeasures of disputes arising from cruise tourism.
