摘要
艺术类高等院校学生存在一定的差异性,因此辅导员队伍建设更加重要。本文主要探究辅导员队伍建设的路径,旨在提高辅导员综合素质,促进教学。
The arts college students has certain difference,so the counselor team construction is more important.In this paper,we explore the path of the counselor team construction,to promote their comprehensive quality,promoting teaching.
