摘要
目前,我国已经进入知识经济竞争时代,而人是知识经济的主导,所以人才的竞争是当今社会的主要竞争,如果一个事业单位需要得到持续发展,必须要聘用人才、留住人才,以人才作为发展的推动力,当今世界,由于全球化进程不断加快,在各个事业单位出现人力资源管理发展滞后的态势,人才为了得到更好的发展,实现自身的最大价值,不断进行流动,所以,这些事业单位为了留住人才,必须要与时俱进,提高自身的创新的能力。基于此,本文笔者重点分析事业单位人力资源发展方面存在的不足之处,并提出创新发展策略,希望带给读者一些启示。
At present,China has entered the era of knowledge economy competition,and people are the dominant knowledge economy,so talent competition is the main competition in today's society,if a public institution needs to be sustained development,must employ talented person,retain talented person,take the talented person as the impetus of development,today's world,because of the globalization process unceasing acceleration,in each institution occurrence human resource management development lag situation,talented person in order to obtain the better development,realizes oneself the maximum value,unceasingly carries on the flow,therefore,In order to retain talent,these institutions must advance with the times and improve their own innovation ability.Based on this,the author focuses on the shortcomings of the development of human resources in institutions,and proposes innovative development strategies,hoping to bring some enlightenment to readers.
