浅谈高校行政人员服务意识培养

行政管理是高校管理中的重要内容,高校的行政工作内容繁杂,对行政人员的综合能力要求较高。在高校不断转型发展的过程中应该要积极加强对高校行政人员的教育,提高其服务意识和服务水平,及时解决高校行政管理过程中的各种问题。本文对提高高校行政人员服务意识的策略进行分析与探讨。

Administrative management is an important part of university management.The content of administrative work in colleges and universities is very complicated,which requires higher comprehensive ability of administrative personnel.In the process of the continuous transformation and development of colleges and universities,we should actively strengthen the education of administrative staff in colleges and universities,improve their service consciousness and service level,and promptly solve various problems in the process of university administration.This paper analyzes and probes into the strategies for improving the service consciousness of administrative staff in colleges and universities.
