浅要探讨公司的社会责任

Explore the company's social responsibility

公司就业、经济、社会秩序、制度建设都有重要影响,但是一些与其相关的社会难题也开始出现,急需解决。但是目前我国《公司法》对社会责任的规定仍然存在缺陷,笔者在此对公司法社会责任进行了简要的探讨,以期为我国公司社会责任的完善提供绵薄之力。

Company employment,economic,social order,has important influence on the system construction,but some related social problems also began to appear,be badly in need of solving.But at present our country company law defects still exist in social responsibility,the author of corporate social responsibility in this brief discussion,in order to offer contribute to the perfection of corporate social responsibility in China.
