互联网+时代高职院校学生管理工作问题研究

Research on the problems of student management in higher vocational colleges in the Internet plus era

在互联网无处不在的时代,由于高职院校大学生本身的不成熟和不确定性,教师对新兴的网络环境掌握程度不高等原因,在高职院校的学生管理工作中出现了一些新问题。本文拟对这些问题进行相应梳理,探讨在互联网新媒体时代高职院校的学生管理工作变革,以期找出解决问题的方法,促使学生管理工作者转变管理方式,提高思想觉悟,进而使高职院校的管理体制更加完善、合理。

In the era of internet popularity, the reason for the immaturity and uncertainty of students themselves in higher vocational colleges, the insufficient mastery on the emerging network environment for teachers and so on, there are some new problems for the student management in higher vocational colleges. This paper intends to hackle these problems to discuss the reform of the student management in higher vocational colleges in the new media era of internet, in order to find a solution to promote the workers to change the way of management, to improve the ideological awareness, so that the management system in higher vocational colleges is more perfect and reasonable.
