摘要
近年来内地部分高职院校接收了来自新疆、西藏地区的民族生,其中有些学生人文基础知识较差,价值取向功利化、个人道德修养低下,导致在校生日常行为失范。如何加强这些学生的人文素质教育显得尤为迫切,因为强化其人文素质教育不仅可以促进其智能发展,还有传承民族精神、弘扬民族文化、维护国家统一之功效。学校不仅要重视对疆藏民族生的民族认同和社会主义核心价值观教育,还要注重校园文化建设和教师自身人文素质的提升。
In recent years, some vocational colleges in mainland received from Xinjiang, minority students in Tibet area, some of the students of humanities knowledge is poor, utilitarian values, personal morality is low, cause students daily behavior anomie. How to strengthen the quality education of the students is particularly urgent, because strengthening the humanistic quality education not only can promote the development of intelligence, and inheriting the national spirit, carrying forward the national culture, maintaining the national unity of effect. The school should not only pay attention to education of Xinjiang Tibetan students' ethnic identity and the socialist core value, but also pay attention to the construction of campus culture and teachers' Humanistic quality.
