在大学生成长过程中,思想政治对人生的情感和价值的树立起着积极的促进作用。党和国家领导人习近平在2016年12月份召开的全国高校思想政治工作会议上提出,"高校思想政治工作关系高校培养什么样的人、如何培养人以及为谁培养人这个根本问题"[1]。因此,只有合理地科学地开展思政教育,牢牢把握以马克思主义为指导,落实国家各项教育政策,才能为国家输送优秀的人才。高校辅导员不但与广大学生有着最亲密的日常事务性接触,还发挥着思想育人的巨大作用,他们是让学生成为德才兼备、全面发展的一线工作人员。中共中央、国务院印发的《关于加强和改进新形势下高校思想政治工作的意见》指出,加强和改进高校思想政治工作的基本原则其中一条就是:"坚持遵循教育规律、思想政治工作规律、学生成长规律。把握师生思想特点和发展需求,注重理论教育和实践活动相结合、普遍要求和分类指导相结合,提高工作科学化精细化水平"[2]。因此,高校是否不断地提高学生理论修养及政治觉悟,对能否更好地开展高校思想政治工作、打造一批批优良的社会建设者具有非常深远的意义。
