地方本科院校师范教育的主要任务就是培养未来合格的中小学教师,与研究型大学的人才培养有本质的不同,然而许多院校没有凸显地方院校的"师范"特色,培养的"准教师"不能胜任教师职业,尤其是职业技能方面。本文对地方本科院校师范专业的技能训练现状作了分析,就专业建设和人才培养方面,给出了培养教师职业技能的几种途径和方法,旨在引起同类院校的思考,在基础教育改革的大背景下,转变教育理念,才能培养出符合现代教育的合格教师。
