师范本科专业教师职业技能训练模式建构

Construction of professional skills training model for teachers in Normal Universities

摘要 地方本科院校师范教育的主要任务就是培养未来合格的中小学教师,与研究型大学的人才培养有本质的不同,然而许多院校没有凸显地方院校的"师范"特色,培养的"准教师"不能胜任教师职业,尤其是职业技能方面。本文对地方本科院校师范专业的技能训练现状作了分析,就专业建设和人才培养方面,给出了培养教师职业技能的几种途径和方法,旨在引起同类院校的思考,在基础教育改革的大背景下,转变教育理念,才能培养出符合现代教育的合格教师。 The main task of Teacher Education in local universities is to cultivate qualified teachers, and university personnel training is essentially different, but many institutions did not highlight the local colleges and universities 'teachers' characteristics, cultivation of 'quasi teachers' not qualified teachers occupation, especially the occupation skills. The status of skill training on the local colleges teachers are analyzed, the professional construction and personnel training, and gives some ways and methods of training the teacher occupation skills, to arouse the thinking of similar institutions in the background of basic education reform, changes education idea, to cultivate the qualified teachers of modern education.
