校园文化视角下的高校工会工作——以陕西省高校基层工会为例

高校基层工会作为省教育工会的重要组成部分,既是上级党委与学校教职工的桥梁与纽带,又是维护教职工权益,监督学校日常工作的组织。在文明和谐的校园文化建设中,教师是文化建设的主体,学校工会在校园文化建设中发挥着重要的作用。因此,本文通过对陕西省高校基层工会在民主制度建设、工会职能、协会组成、经费管理、工会干部权益维护方面的问题及对策研究,从而使高校工会组织建设能适应新时期工会发展的新要求,促进校园文化和谐发展。

As an important component of the Provincial Education Union, the grass-roots trade union is not only the bridge and link between the higher Party committee and the school staff, but also the organization to safeguard the rights and interests of the teaching staff and supervise the daily work of the school. In the construction of civilized and harmonious campus culture, teachers are the main body of cultural construction, and school union plays an important role in the construction of campus culture. Therefore, this article through to studying the problems and Countermeasures of the Shaanxi Province trade union in Colleges and universities in the construction of democracy, the functions of trade unions, associations, funds management, and safeguarding the rights and interests of trade union cadres,makes the construction of trade union organizations can adapt to the new requirements of the new period of the development of trade unions, promoting the harmonious development of campus culture.
