摘要 在课堂上,教师要发挥主导性作用,学生是学习的主体。这一教育学理论在实践中并不容易掌握其中的"度"。我实习学校为东北师大附属高中(青华校区),长期听3位优秀教师的课,在这个见习过程中有所思考,对"教师主导"与"学生主体"之间"度"这一问题进行探究,希望可对新手教师日后的教学指明一定方向。 In the classroom, teachers should play a leading role, the students are learning the subject. The education theory in practice is not easy to grasp the 'degree'. I practice school for the Northeast Normal University Affiliated High School(Qinghua campus), long-term listening to 3 excellent teachers class, thinking in the application process and researching the 'degree' between 'teachers' and 'student body' I hope it can indicate a certain direction to the novice teachers on the teaching.
