驻马店市中学体育教师职后教育现状研究

A study on the post career education of middle school PE teachers in Zhumadian

本文通过对河南省驻马店市中学体育教师进行有关职后教育现状的问卷调查,并对部分专家进行访谈,进而全面了解驻马店市中学体育教师职后教育的现状,对当前我市中学体育教学的开展具有积极意义。本文主要以文献法、问卷调查法、数理统计法为主要科学研究方法,重点论述了驻马店市中学体育教师职后教育现状,探求能够促进中学体育教师职后教育发展的道路。

This article through the questionnaire survey after the relevant vocational education status of PE teachers in middle school in Zhumadian city of Henan Province, and interviewed some experts, and a comprehensive understanding of the present situation of middle school PE teachers in Zhumadian after education, has a positive significance to carry out the sports teaching of middle school in our city.This thesis uses the literature research method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method as the main research methods, focuses on the middle school PE teachers in Zhumadian after education, explore the road to the development of middle school PE teachers education promotion.
