摘要
伴随着知识经济和经济全球化的到来,除了经济和社会发展速度不断加快,对于人力资源管理的需求也不断的变化,由体力劳动者向脑力劳动者的转变,使得人力资源成为企业发展的一个重要的竞争资源。对人力资源管理理论研究现状进行分析,有助于促进企业人力资源管理水平的提高,对社会人力资源管理研究的未来发展也具有重要意义。
With the advent of knowledge economy and economic globalization, in addition to the rapid economic and social development, the demand for human resource management is constantly changing, the changing from the manual workers to the mental workers makes human resources into enterprise development an important competitive resource. The analysis of the current situation of human resource management theory research can help to improve the level of human resource management, which is also of great significance to the future development of human resource management research.
