混凝土搅拌车用减速机偏摆结构简析

摘要 偏摆结构是混凝土搅拌车用减速机关键组成部分,其决定着减速机的工作性能的高低;为了实现混凝土搅拌车用减速机的偏摆功能,基本上采用两种结构形式,一种是鼓型齿外置,另一种是鼓型齿内置;外置结构易于实现空间布置,但是制造成本高,内置结构制造成本低廉,但是又受到空间布置的限制,这两种结构各有千秋;因此要从减速机质量、制造成本等方面综合考虑,合理的选择减速机的偏摆结构。 Deflection structure is the key component of speed reducer for concrete mixer, which determines the performance of the reducer;in order to realize the sway function of the speed reducer for concrete mixer truck, two kinds of structural forms are adopted, one is drum type external and the other is drum type internal tooth;the outer structure is easy to realize the space arrangement, but the manufacture cost is high, the built-in structure and the manufacture cost are low, but it is limited by the space arrangement, and the two structures have different advantages;therefore, from the quality of reducer, manufacturing costs and other considerations, a reasonable choice of the speed reducer deflection structure,
