Analysis of control strategy in building construction management

本文分析了房屋建筑施工的影响因素,针对每一影响因素,分别提出了不同的控制策略,以实际工程为依据,对控制策略的应用效果进行了观察,证实了控制策略的实施,对提高工程施工质量及安全性的重要价值。

This paper analyzes the influence factors of housing construction and puts forward respectively different control strategies for every influence factors. Taking the actual project as the basis, the application effect of the control strategy were observed, confirms the implementation of control strategies, to improve the value of quality and safety of the engineering construction.
