摘要
通过试验研究胶凝材料用量、粉煤灰掺量、外加剂、粗骨料等对自密实混凝土工作性能的影响。结果表明:在保持水胶比不变的情况下,随着胶凝材料的用量增加,混凝土拌和物的黏度和稠度均降低,稳定性下降,抗离析性能变差;自密实混凝土的强度随粉煤灰掺量的增大而减小;减水剂、缓凝剂、引气剂等均对工作性产生影响;粗骨料中小粒径颗粒越多,自密实混凝土流动性越高,早期强度略有下降。
The influence of the amount of cementitious material, the content of fly ash, admixture and coarse aggregate on the performance of self compacting concrete was studied by experiments.The results showed that: in keeping the water cement ratio is constant, with the increase of the amount of cementitious material, viscosity and consistency of concrete mixture decreased, stability decreases, anti segregability variation; self compacting concrete strength decreases with the increase of the amount of fly ash; water reducer, retarder and air entraining agent of work effect; coarse aggregate particles and more self compacting concrete liquidity is higher, the early strength decreased slightly.
