高职院校企业教师素质认定的必要性研究

目前以现代学徒制为基础的校企融合中,企业教师角色由边缘化逐渐走向中心化,企业教师的素质在很大程度上也是校企融合成功与否的关键因素。立足企业教师素质认定的研究,以不断完善企业师资建设标准化和带徒能力的长期发展化,建立一个稳定的外部环境与内部发展机制,尽快与产业行业接轨达到高职人才培养目标的实现。

At present, in the integration of school and enterprise based on modern apprenticeship system, the role of enterprise teacher is gradually from marginalization to centralization, and the quality of enterprise teachers is also the key factor to the success of school enterprise integration to a great extent. Based on the research of enterprise long-term development of the quality of teachers, to improve teaching standards for the construction of the enterprise and with only the ability, establish a stable external environment and internal mechanisms, in line with the industry as soon as possible to achieve the goal of higher vocational education.
