随着新《旅游法》的出台,互联网+旅游利好不断,线上旅游与线下旅游战场风起云涌,而高层次旅游人才的缺乏,就成为这场没有硝烟的战争中的一大"变数"。应对旅游行业的就业导向趋势,借助导游人员职业资格标准和导游工作过程要素,结合《导游基础知识》课程培养标准,构建出课证融通、情景再现、模拟情境三位一体的工作过程系统化课程结构,将能力本位与技能演练相糅合,全面提升高职学生的职场就业竞争能力。

How to cope with the employment-oriented trend in tourism industry? It's a good way that three-in-one curriculum structure of working process systematization should be constructed which includes combination of courses and tour guide qualification certificate、event reappearance and simulation of work scene, using the elements of the tour guide working process and tour guide occupation qualification standard under the Tour of the Basic Knowledge curriculum standard. It mixes ability standard and skills and enhances the employment competition ability of vocational college students.
