基于高职教育视角下的教学模式改革研究

我国高职教育的发展已进入了特色发展的新阶段,但在质量和数量上还无法满足经济社会发展对高技能人才的需求,客观上要求高职院校在人才培养模式、课程改革与开发,内涵建设等方面不断改革,而教育教学模式改革则绝对是高职教育创新发展的"主角",这是提高教育教学质量和培养高技能人才的关键一招。因此,对我国职业教育教学模式的改革进行深入研究,特别是从高职院校的办学实际出发,基于产业行业对人才的现实需求,反思我国高职教育教学模式存在的问题,查找其产生的内在原因,找准其改革过程中的方向性因素,进而提出有针对性的改革对策和举措,并在实践中加以探索,逐步提高高职教育教学效果,增强学生学习积极性和自主性,促进学生成长成才,更好地服务于地方经济社会发展。
