摘要
随着高职教育的发展和当代学生的需求变化,课堂教学面临着新的挑战,如何提升课堂教学质量也应当符合新的形势。本文从服务质量角度出发,以高职在校大学生为研究对象,运用实证研究的方法分析高职课堂教学服务质量与学生满意度以及学生行为之间的关系。
With the change of the development of higher vocational education and the needs of students, classroom teaching is facing new challenges, how to improve the quality of classroom teaching should also be consistent with the new situation. This article from the perspective of service quality, the higher vocational college students as the research object, the relationship between the use of empirical research methods analysis the quality of classroom teaching in Higher Vocational College Students and service satisfaction and behavior of students.
