高职院校是高等教育非常重要的组成部分,为社会的发展提供了大量的人才,学生管理工作作为高职院校工作的重要组成部分,直接影响着高职院校的管理工作,对学生的综合素质、综合能力具有重要的作用。在新的时代背景下,高职院校的学生管理工作虽然取得了一定的进步,但是在实际的管理工作中,还有许多问题存在着。本文将结合笔者自身的工作经验,对高职院校学生管理工作的现状、问题、重要性进行研究,以期提升学生管理工作的实效性。
