摘要
为满足大连及瓦房店地区产业结构转型升级对创新型技能人才的需求,学院通过校企合作完善校内外创新创业实训基地建设,对学生开展创新创业教育。学院通过大学生创新创业项目重点培养自动化专业学生在控制系统设计、智能传感器和先进控制技术等方面的应用能力和创新能力。本研究确立了自动化专业学生创新创业能力"三位一体"的培养模式,并使该专业毕业生就业率稳步提升。
To meet the expectations of industrial transformation and upgrading for innovative technical talents in Da Lian and Wafangdian areas, the college consummated the construction of innovative and entrepreneurial training bases and carried out innovation and entrepreneurship education for the students by the college-enterprise cooperation. The college cultivated the students' application and innovation abilities in designs of automatic control systems, intelligent sensors, advanced control technology, etc. by the innovation and enterprise projects. The 'trinity' cultivating mode of innovation and enterprise abilities of the automation students are founded in the research, and graduate employment rate improved steadily.
