环境资源问题关系着国计民生,但是当前我国环境问题突出,资源结构不合理,这不仅严重制约着经济的发展,而且严重威胁着人们的生活甚至是生存。我们要契合"一带一路"战略为契机,既要引进先进的经验和技术,来改变我国的环境污染问题,还要进口石油和天然气来弥补我国的资源缺乏的问题,又要紧跟"一带一路"战略的步伐,加强国际合作,签订环境资源治理的备忘录,共同发展,共同进步。

Environmental resources concerns the national economy and people's livelihood, but the current environmental problems in China, the unreasonable resources structure, which not only seriously restricts the economy development, but also a serious threat to the people's life and even survival. We are going to fit the strategy of 'area' as an opportunity, both to the introduction of advanced experience and technology, to change the problems of environmental pollution in our country, and oil and gas imports to make up for the lack of our resources, and to keep up with the pace of 'area' strategy, strengthen international cooperation, signed a memo for environmental resource management, common development and common progress.
