关于法官员额制改革,在我国由来已久,法官员额制改革关系司法改革成功与否。2014年员额制改革以来,从实施来看,存在部分优秀法官未能入额;法院人案矛盾加剧等问题。因此,我们需要确立合理法官员额比例;建立合理的退出机制;扩充司法辅助人员队伍,完善配套设施。
