摘要
新时期,传统人事管理受到了挑战,高校人事管理工作应向人力资源管理转变。在分析精神激励与物质激励辩证关系的基础上,建议高校人力资源管理综合运用精神激励与物质激励两种手段,且以精神激励为主、物质激励为辅,将精神激励与物质激励合二为一。
In the new period, the traditional personnel management has been challenged, and the human resources management should be changed to the human resources management in colleges and universities.It is recommended that human resource management in colleges and universities should be comprehensive to make use of the spiritual encouragement and material incentive means and with the spirit of the main incentives, material incentive as a supplement, on the basis of analyzing the spirit incentive and material incentive dialectical relationship.
