摘要
"一带一路"发展战略的提出给沿线的少数民族地区带来了难得的发展机遇。但少数民族地区在翻译人才的培养方面存在不少问题,如何构建翻译人才新的培养模式在"一带一路"战略背景之下显得尤为重要。文章以大理大学外语专业(包括英语专业、泰语专业和翻译专业)为研究个例,通过剖析现存翻译人才培养模式中的不足,提出相关建议:设定以译者素养作为培养翻译人才的终极目标;营造良好的语言学习氛围;确立以市场为导向的翻译教学目标意识。
The development strategy of 'The Belt and Road' to bring a rare opportunity for development along the minority areas. But there are many problems in the cultivation of translation talents in ethnic minority areas, how to construct a new mode of training translation talents under the background of Belt and Road Initiative 'strategy is particularly important. Based on the foreign language majors the University of Dali(including English, Thai, professional and specialized translation) as the research case, through analyzing the deficiencies in the existing mode of cultivation of translation talents, this paper puts forward relevant suggestions: set the accomplishment of translator training as a translation of the ultimate goal to create a good learning atmosphere; language; establishment of translation teaching goal consciousness oriented to the market.
