新自由主义影响下高校学生管理面临的挑战与对策分析

在时代的发展、社会的不断进步、市场经济改革的推动下,高等教育改革受到不同程度的冲击并迎接着更多的挑战。在新自由主义的影响下,无论是学校内部管理、学生与老师等主体还是学校的环境等都相应的做出改变,但仍不能适应当代社会经济发展模式,需要继续去探寻新的管理模式,从而提高高校的整体管理水平。现对当代高校学生在新自由主义影响下所面临的各种问题进行研究、分析,从而提出相关的改革措施,以期通过改革创新管理模式来提升高校管理水平。

With the development of the times and the progress of the society, the reform of the market economy pushes forward, the reform of higher education are subject to different degrees of impact and meet more challenges. The influence of the new liberalism, whether it is the internal management of schools, students and teachers subject or school environment have the corresponding change. But still can not adapt to the contemporary social economic development mode, need to continue to explore the new management mode, so as to improve the overall management level of colleges and universities.
