本文通过对独立学院的特点分析以及对独立学院大学英语教师专业发展需求进行调查,阐述了独立学院大学英语教师的专业发展存在的问题,从而对如何建立有利于教师专业发展的机制提出了建议。

This paper expounds the existing professional development of college English teachers in independent colleges of the problem based on the analysis of characteristics of the independent college and the survey of the professional development needs of college English teachers in independent colleges and puts forward some suggestions on how to establish the mechanism to teacher professional development
