关于高校辅导员促进大学生就业的思考

高校辅导员是毕业生就业工作的主抓手。本文提出重视"两课"教育,做好就业前期工作;做好就业信息调研,利用新媒体拓宽就业渠道;加大政策宣传力度,鼓励创业,鼓励去基层;做好特殊学生的就业教育和帮扶等对策,促进高校毕业生就业。

College counselors are the main starting point for the employment of graduates. This paper pays attention to the 'Two Courses', the preparatory work of employment; employment information research, the use of new media to broaden employment channels; intensify policy propaganda, encourage entrepreneurship, to encourage grass-roots; do good special education and help students employment countermeasures to promote college graduates employment.
