“翻转模式”下高职院校大学英语教师的“课堂策略”

摘要 高职院校的学生对英语课堂的依赖性很大,传统的语法翻译法教学又日益凸显出其局限性,因此,大学英语教师应当掌握有效的课堂策略,即将"翻转式学习"与"嫁接学说"相结合的策略:教师的有效输入策略即"嫁接"策略,包括重新建构学生的学习流程以及铺垫适宜的课堂语言环境;学生的有效输出策略即"自嫁接"策略,包括实施"小组活动"互动策略以及英语课堂主要用于"假设调试"策略。 Students in higher vocational colleges are very dependent on English classes. Traditional grammar translation teaching is increasingly showing its limitations. Therefore, College English teachers should have effective classroom strategies, that is, the Strategy of combining 'flipped learning' and 'grafting theory' : The teacher's effective input strategy is the 'grafting' strategy, including reconstructing the students' learning process and laying down the appropriate classroom language environment; The students' effective output strategy is the self grafting strategy, including the implementation of 'group activities' interactive strategy, and the English classroom being mainly used for 'hypothesis debugging' strategy.
