高职院校的学生对英语课堂的依赖性很大,传统的语法翻译法教学又日益凸显出其局限性,因此,大学英语教师应当掌握有效的课堂策略,即将"翻转式学习"与"嫁接学说"相结合的策略:教师的有效输入策略即"嫁接"策略,包括重新建构学生的学习流程以及铺垫适宜的课堂语言环境;学生的有效输出策略即"自嫁接"策略,包括实施"小组活动"互动策略以及英语课堂主要用于"假设调试"策略。
