关于对未成年人基因检验的伦理思考

Ethical Reflection on the Genetic Testing of Minors

基因检验结果不仅影响受检者个人,甚至是整个家族,其所衍生出的伦理问题,将对于人性尊严及人权保护带来相当大的冲击及挑战。本文就基因检验之基础概念、好处、坏处进行论述,再进一步探讨未成年人基因检验可能衍生出的伦理议题,期许于文中分析得出适当的结论,以提供未来在制订未成年人基因检验相关法律规范之参考。

The genetic test results not only affect the individual, but also the whole family. The ethical issues derived from it will bring considerable impact and challenges to human dignity and human rights protection. In this paper, the basic concept, advantages and disadvantages of genetic testing, to further explore minors the ethical issues, derived from genetic testing may be expected on the analysis to discuss the appropriate conclusions, in order to provide our country in the future for minors to genetic testing for reference of the related legal norms.
