纵观当前人事档案管理与利用的现状而言,管理质量、利用效率和应用水平等方面均得到了一定程度的提升,但是不可否认的是人事档案管理与利用过程中仍存在部分问题,影响和制约人事档案事业的长足发展,难以与当前的时代发展相融合,因此,相关人员要重视人事档案管理与利用,采取行之有效的措施不断引导其朝着科学规范的方向发展。基于此,本文以人事档案的概述为主要出发点,分析人事档案管理与利用中存在的问题,并重点探讨提高人事档案管理质量与利用效率的对策。

In the current personnel file management and utilization, management of quality, efficiency and application level were improved to some degree, but it is undeniable that with the use of personnel archives management there are still some problems in the process of rapid development, influence and restrict person of archives, and to the current the development of the times of integration, therefore, relevant personnel should pay attention to and use of personnel archives management, take effective measures to guide them toward the direction of scientific development. Based on this, this paper outlines the personnel files as the main starting point, analysis of the existing personnel archives management and the problems, and focus on improving the management of personnel files the quality and Countermeasures of utilizing efficiency.
