随着社会发展,国家户籍制度渐进式改革,高校流动人口比例逐年增加,且呈不断上升趋势,对于高校管理是前所未有的挑战。而以往的档案管理工作方法已不能完全适应目前高校流动人口档案管理工作的要求,因此需要加强档案管理信息化建设,以维护学校和师生的利益。

With the development of society, the gradual reform of the national household registration system, the proportion of floating population increased year by year, and was on the rise, for the management of colleges and universities is an unprecedented challenge. And the previous archives management methods can not fully meet the current requirements of the floating population file management, so the need to strengthen the file management information to protect the school and the interests of teachers and students.
