摘要 知识的积累,主要来源于课堂的教学和图书馆的阅读活动,因为图书馆中拥有大量的藏书和知识文献,被称之为"知识的宝库"。另外,对于读者而言,在读书馆保持一份宁静的心态是学习的首要条件,但是根据我们调查的结果显示,当前的图书馆现状不容乐观,因为读者会因为想要查找的文献不能得到满足,或者一些工作人员的失误等造成读者出现负面情绪。基于此,本文就图书馆读者负面情绪的案例进行分析,并结合自己的经验浅谈一些观点,提出一些抚慰读者负面情绪的策略,希望可以给图书馆工作的人员提供一些参考意见。 The accumulation of knowledge, mainly from the classroom teaching and library reading activities, because the library has a large collection of books and literature knowledge, known as the 'treasure house of knowledge'. In addition, for readers, is the first condition of learning to maintain a peaceful state of mind in the library, but according to our the results show that the library current situation is not optimistic, because the reader will be because you want to find literature cannot be satisfied, or some of the staff errors caused by readers appear negative emotions. Based on this, the library reader negative case analysis, combined with the experience of some of their own point of view, put forward some comfort readers negative emotion strategy, the hope can give the library staff to provide some suggestions.
