南京市医药行业技能型“准职业人”培养模式中职业素养养成的探究

目前职业教育模式以及课程改革深入程度,还难以满足医药行业的发展和现代职业教育的发展需求。笔者以校内实训基地发展为抓手,通过校企合作平台,深入了解企业文化,提出了技能型"准职业人"的观念以及学生就业适于岗位需求,无缝对接的技能水平和职业素养要求。

The current occupation education mode and curriculum reform, is still difficult to meet the development needs of the development of the pharmaceutical industry and the modern occupation education. The school training base for development as the starting point, through cooperation platform, in-depth understanding of enterprise culture, put forward the 'quasi skilled occupation' and the concept of employment of students for jobs, seamless skill level and occupation accomplishment.
