高等院校作为为一个国家和社会发展进行人才培养和输送的重要阵地,在世界各个国家和地区都得以重视,影响着世界各国综合国力的提升。本文立足于文化建设和发展视角,从"‘四个全面’与‘四个意识’"、"立足国情与优良传统"、"繁荣哲学社会科学与青年教师培养"、"工作方式方法与根本任务"等层面对高校思想政治文化建设和发展进行探究,力求培养和造就更多中国特色社会主义现代化建设者和接班人。
