新时期以来,我国社会各方面都在不断发展和完善,高校作为新时期人才起步的摇篮,也应紧随时代脚步,不断丰富和发展其教育制度和理论体系。在现阶段,对高校学生进行独立开来的高校思政教育与就业指导教育已经不能满足企业对于人才多方面发展的需要,如何使得高校思政教育与就业指导教育得到更好的整合给高校教育模式带来了新的挑战。
