摘要
免费师范生教育已成为宁夏高师教育和教师教育的重要组成部分,是宁夏中小学各学科未来骨干师资力量的重要来源。根据对免费师范生职业情感、择业动机、职业价值观、职业素养、职业信念等五个方面职业认同的调查发现,家庭或学校中优秀教师的榜样力量、免费师范生教育优惠政策、教师职业的社会地位以及免费师范生在校期间对于专业知识和教学技能的学习都会影响他们的职业认同。对宁夏首届试点培养免费师范生职业认同现状的调查和相关影响因素分析有助于培养单位进一步完善对免费师范生的培养和管理,帮助更多的免费师范生正确理解教师职业内涵,端正学习态度和职业态度,强化他们从事中小学教育教学工作的信念和信心,提高专业能力和职业素养,顺利实现免费师范生职前教育目标。
