近年来,我国高校大学生的就业压力越来越大,高校教育工作者在大学生就业指导工作方面也进行了诸多探索和尝试。当前社会已经进入"互联网+"时代,在互联网的时代,人们的生产和生活受到很大的改善,这也为高校大学生的就业指导工作提出了要求,需要高校大学生就业指导工作应当改变思路和理念,与"互联网+"相结合,只有这样才能够更好地提升大学生就业指导工作的成效。本文就"互联网+"时代的特质入手,分析"互联网+"与当代大学生就业之间的关系,继而分析"互联网+"时代对当代大学生就业指导工作的影响,在此基础上,探讨"互联网+"背景下大学生就业指导工作创新的路径。
