Internet fraud has seriously affected the students daily life and study of college student affairs management work. Counselors as the backbone of the daily management of university students, the need for timely treatment of all types of emergencies. Through due to network fraud caused by the occurrence of part-time background, analysis of the focal point and difficulty, the case solution process, focuses on the role of University Counselors in to deal with unexpected events.
